Sales Development Representative (Brandon)
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will
serve as a sales support role to the local
Territory Manager's sales objective. This person
will be responsible for all sales activities
from lead generation to trade association
activities. They will follow an agreed upon
sales plan and objectives to drive revenue,
customer satisfaction, and long term account
goals with company vision and values in mind.
The Sales Development Representative will be
measured against performance benchmarks. The
person in this position must be a self starter,
driven and motivated to succeed.
Responsibilities:
• Be able to explain in detail the current
software and services available from company
• Develop and maintain industry knowledge by
attending and becoming involved in local trade
associations
• Responsible to meet activity objectives
assigned by Sales Manager
• Identify, qualify and present new
opportunities to Territory Managers
• Identify and cultivate target accounts for
future opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with
industry influencers such as CPA's and Surety
Agents.
• Must be able to multi task and have strong
communication skills -- both written and oral
using communication tools provided by company
Job Specifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in sales
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a
plus.
• Strong desire to learn software and its
benefits to our customers.
• Willingness to travel. Must have dependable
transportation
• Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, and ACT
